RSGB Contest Results 2nd 144MHz Backpackers 2017
v4.145 by G4CLA

The general consensus was windy, very windy.

Well done to GW1YBB/P operated by Steve G1YBB and Paul G1YFC on winning the 5B section.

See what it takes to win in the windhttps://youtu.be/iWqlq5OBBl8

Second place in the Backpackers section was Andrew G4XZL also /P in Wales.

In the Hilltoppers 25H section, warm and cosy for the most part in their vehicles, G8BGV/P won with a good score.  G0EAK/P came second this time out.

Not much DX to speak of in the logs this month but hopes are high for the next outing which of course coincides with VHF NFD on July 2nd.  Hope to work most of you then.
